Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver. This agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements regarding the subject matter.

Performance Internet Parts LLC reserves the right to assign its rights and duties under this agreement at any time.

7. Misprints and Errors

Motorhome Shocks is not responsible for pricing, product, or availability errors. All listings are advertisements and not binding offers to contract. All transactions are subject to final approval and confirmation.

8. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Performance Internet Parts LLC.

9. Business Presence

All transactions on this Site are handled by Performance Internet Parts LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with no physical business presence outside the state of Florida.
